• To participate in this offer, a customer has to physically visit our Electric Stores at the designated locations and register their phone number. The customer has to scratch a digital scratch card to reveal if he/she has won the Sona Scooter. One Customer can only participate in the contest once.

• The images on the scratch card are indicative and the actual product may differ from the pictures shown.

• Income tax, gift tax or any other statutory levies as may be applicable from time to time, arising out of the award of the Sona Scooter shall be payable by winner. OLA is not liable for any of these charges. All requisite information/documents including the PAN no. etc., as advised by OLA, shall be produced by the winners within six weeks from the date of winning the Sona Scooter in the promotional offer.

• The offer is valid till the promotional stocks of Sona Scooter last. All communication to winners will be made by telephone calls on phone numbers registered as mentioned in point no. 7 for claiming their prize. In case the phone number is changed/terminated/blocked/out of reach etc. OLA shall not be responsible for not being able to communicate/handover prize to the winners.

• The other rewards in this offer are up to 40% off on Accessories (40% off on Buddy Step or 20% off on Scooter Cover or 25% off on Floor mat or 35% off on Helmet or 35% off on Buddy Step-Scooter Cover-Floor Mat combo or 30% off on Buddy Step-Floor Mat combo or 30% off on Buddy Step-Scooter Cover combo or 25% off on Floor Mat-Scooter cover combo, only one of which is applicable during checkout) and 25% off on Ola Care +. Both these rewards are valid till 25th Jan ‘25 provided the participant already owns a scooter or purchases a scooter before this date.

• The award is non-transferable.

• OLA reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer whether similar to this or not, or to withdraw it altogether. No correspondence shall be entertained on this account.

• No queries/ clarifications/ suggestions/ communication etc. shall be entertained by OLA on the execution of this offer. Reply if any, to be given shall be entirely at the discretion of OLA.

• If a prize is unclaimed, declined, disqualified etc. or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then OLA shall have absolute discretion to decide the utility of unclaimed, declined, disqualified etc prizes if any.

• The submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation/information may result in disqualification from this offer and from future OLA offers. Misrepresentation, submission of false, misleading or fraudulent information/ documentation may result in the claimant being subject to civil or criminal liability/proceedings.

• Each offer rule, given above, shall be severable from each of the other rules, and if any rule is found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain in full force and effect.

• The Sona Scooter is a limited edition scooter and is not meant for purposes of retail or resale.

• The following parts of the Sona Scooter are gold-plated and are not made of solid gold: Grab handle, alloy wheels, pillion footpegs, side stand, brake levers, mirror stems, select fasteners, OLA logo

• There is no warranty associated with the gold-plated parts of the Sona Scooter and they are not meant for purposes of resale.

• Any replacement on repair of the above parts shall be done with regular parts only and they shall not be gold-plated.

• No State or Central subsidy may be available for the Sona Scooter and OLA shall not be responsible for the same.
