How will I get a receipt?

What is Quick Service Guarantee?

Starting 10th October 2024, we will provide a quick-service guarantee in select cities, in a phased manner. Customers – whose service case takes longer than one day – will be provided with a backup Ola S1 scooter, giving them a stress-free service experience. Additionally, customers with Ola Care+ subscription will get Ola cabs coupons.

Is there any change in Ola Care+ plan?

Starting 10th October 2024, Ola Care+ subscribers will get Ola Cabs coupons in case of delay in service of more than 1 day.

What is AI Powered Proactive Alerts? How do I get access to these?

With our state-of-the-art AI models running on top of MoveOS, we will be able to solve your problem even before it becomes a problem. When the issues are identified, we proactively reach out to you for scheduling a service visit. This will be rolling out soon for all S1 customers.

What is AI Powered Remote Diagnostics? How will it help me?

Our AI powered chat support enables you to diagnose and troubleshoot any issues with your Ola S1. It also allows you to easily schedule a service visit at the service centre nearest to you. This will be rolling out soon for all S1 customers.

How do I locate my nearest Ola Service Centre?

You can locate your nearest Ola Service Centre on this map. You will also find latest updates of the new Service Centres opening, directly on the Ola Community Forum.

What changes are being made to the service network?

As part of the Hyperservice campaign, we are expanding our Service Network from 600 to 1000 Centres by December. This will make service even more accessible to our existing and future customers. In addition to Hyperservice,  We will also train 1 lakh third party mechanics on EV 2W by December 2025 to push for EV penetration as well as accessibility of service anytime anywhere for consumers.

Ola Electric recently announced the launch of Network Partner Program, aimed at enhancing EV penetration in tier-2 and tier-3 cities.

What is Ola Hyperservice?

Ola Hyperservice is our initiative to deliver the best service experience to Ola S1 owners, offering a wider network, AI-powered diagnostics & alerts and Quick Service. As part of the campaign, customers – who’s service case takes longer than one day to be resolved – will be provided with a backup Ola S1 scooter. Additionally, customers with Ola Care+ subscription will be offered Ola Cabs coupons which will be valid until their issue is resolved.

What are the service charges for my scooter?

There are no charges for repairs covered under the warranty.
Chargers for repairs not covered under the warranty will depend on the job. You will be informed of the estimated cost of repairs before commencement of work.

What are the charges for home service/pick -up and drop?

You will be notified about the charges before commencement of service.

When will I know the estimated cost of service for my scooter?

After you request a service, we will provide an expense estimate, including labour and spare part costs. In case additional costs are involved, you will be notified and we will begin work only after your approval.

Do you provide a pick-up and drop facility?

Yes, we do.

Do I need to book an appointment for a service?

Yes, prior booking is very important. It will help us reserve our resources specially for your scooter.

Can I make a call to book a service appointment if the app is not working?

Yes, you can reach our customer support on 080-68964071. You can also write to us at support@olaelectric.com and we will strive to resolve your issue at the earliest.

Will I get my scooter back on the same day?

It will depend on the extent of work required on your scooter. We will strive to get it back to you as early as possible.

Where can I get my Ola scooter serviced?

We service Ola scooters at every location we deliver to.

What kind of scheduled maintenance does my Ola scooter require?

We believe in tech-enabled preventive maintenance, so there is no scheduled maintenance for your scooter. We will inform you if your scooter needs servicing or any intervention our end.

How do I initiate a service request?

You will need to follow these steps:
1) For any issues related to your Ola scooter, call the toll-free number from the profile section of the Ola Electric app and explain your problem.
2) Our support executive will help identify the issue with your scooter.
3) Depending on the severity of the issue, our executive will help with the following:
a) Troubleshooting: The executive will help you troubleshoot minor issues on the call.
b) Minor repairs: A service technician will visit you and carry out the repairs.
c) Major repairs: We will pick up your scooter and get it repaired at our workshop and return it to you ASAP.
4) For any issues that were not covered under warranty, you will be requested to pay at the end of the service.
All payments will need to be made online and you will not need to pay in cash or visit the workshop to make the payment.

How will I get my scooter serviced if I move to a location where Ola Sales and Service is not available?

You will have to transport the scooter to the nearest serviceable pincode. Neverthless, we are expanding our network and hope to be present all over the country.

How do I hand over my scooter to the Service Champion ?

Once our Service Champion reaches your location, you will need to provide your scooter's passcode to enable access. We recommend changing the passcode before sharing it with our Service Champion. The Service Champion will also guide you on the handover.

Will the scooter be washed after servicing?

Yes, your Ola scooter will be washed at our workshop after servicing.

What does Roadside Assistance cover?

Pick-up from the location of the breakdown and drop to the nearest Ola workshop will be provided as part of our Roadside Assistance.

Is Roadside Assistance included in the price of my scooter? If yes, for how long?

No. It has to be purchased separately as an insurance add-on from Ola when purchasing the scooter. It is valid for one year from the date of purchase of the policy. You can avail our Roadside Assistance service on a pay-per-use basis even without the insurance add-on. The amount to be paid will be shared before the service.

I am stranded on the road. How do I get help?

In the unfortunate event of a breakdown or an accident, please use the 'Call Vehicle Support' option in the profile section of your Ola Electric app to reach our support.

How long will it take for assistance to arrive?

The service is activated immediately after the case is registered with us. Our executives will get in touch with you to know your exact location and share an ETA depending on your location and prevailing traffic conditions.

Do you provide Roadside Assistance, seven days a week and all year long?

Yes, Ola Roadside Assistance is on call 24x7, for all 365 days (366 in a leap year), pan India.
